US based smartphone brand Infocus has launched two new smartphones in India called Infocus Snap 4 and Turbo 5 Plus. While the company has been annoying about Turbo 5 Plus for the past few weeks, Infocus Snap 4 is surprising. These two smartphones are sold exclusively through Amazon India. Infocus snap 4 cost Rs. 11, 999 and sales will start from September 26. On the other hand, Infocus Turbo 5 Plus comes with a price of Rs. 8, 999 and stock will start from September 21.
Users of these two new Infocus smartphones are also eligible to access 30GB extra 4G data. Both smartphones run on Android 7.0. Devices support dual SIM dual standby and provide 4G VoLTE connectivity. Under the hood, both devices are powered by 64-bit mediaTech MT6750N octa-core processors which come at 1.5GHz and meet with Mali T860 MP2 GPU. Talking about the expansion of the devices Infocus Snap 4 comes with four cameras, two on the front and the other two on the back.
Backwards, it packs a 13MP + 8MP combination with dual tone LED flash and PDAF. For Selfie, an 8MP + 8MP camera setup is packed with 13MP and 5MP sensor packed with dual rear camera LED flash on Turbo 5 Plus, for selfie, it comes with a 5MP camera. Infocus Snap 4 plays a 5.2-inch on-cell IPS display with full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Compared to Snap 4, Turbo 5 Plus comes with a slightly larger display but the resolution has been reduced to 720p. While the Snap 4 pack 4GB RAM and internal storage of 64GB, Turbo 5 Plus includes 3GB of RAM and internal storage of 32GB.
Both devices use MicroSD card packs to expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot. With the larger form factor, Turbo 5 Plus is supported by a large 4,850 mAh non-removable battery. While the fingerprint sensor is placed behind Snap 4, it is facing the front facing physical home button on Turbo 5 Plus. Connectivity options on both these devices include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jacks, and Micro USB 2.0 ports.
